Secure Access Protocol
Member Access
Our How We Roll document provided to all new members indicates that out-of-hours access to the club is available for practice purposes – subject always to the schedule and needs of our Green Maintenance team.
Please note that any visitor brought by an LLBC member onto the club premises must complete a Waiver form provided in binder in the clubhouse, providing full contact details for that visitor.
We would appreciate a brief email to the club email address to identify any visitor(s) brought onto the premises.
2. Non-Member Access
Except for visitors accompanied by a club member – who shall be responsible for them during their time at the club – a Director or Executive Area Chair should be on-site to provide access and lock up for any non-member requiring access (City staff etc.)
3. Hall Rentals
A Director or Executive Area Chair shall be on site, at least upon arrival of the renter, and before they depart, to ensure that the facility is open/closed properly.
4. Bowling Green Rentals
For rentals using our green, at least one Director or Executive Area Chair will be on-site for the full rental period.
5. Single Point of Access
All Directors and Executive Area Chairs shall have a set of keys (Clubhouse, Gate Padlock, Jitney House) as necessary for their, or visitor, access.
All others will access the club via the main clubhouse door using the key in the Lockbox on the fence. A spare key to the clubhouse (for emergency use), together with the key for the Jitney House will be kept in a secure location that will be advised.
The code to the garage will be provided for access to equipment.
