The Ontario Lawn Bowling Association (OLBA) requires that a waiver be signed and submitted. Please see the attached waiver form:

You can sign and upload, or deliver to the club on your first visit!

We are not able to accept online payment through this website. Once your application has been processed and accepted, we ask that you submit payment via:

• Cash delivered to the club

• Cheque payable to Lambeth Lawn Bowling Club.
